We’ll start you slow, but get you results fast! We’ve helped 100’s of people who’ve never stepped into a gym before get into amazing shape while boosting their confidence. So whether you’re a first-timer or you have some past exercise experience, we’ve got you covered.

What if I have existing injuries/pains?

Your programme will be carefully tailored to accommodate your needs if you do have any injuries, so much so you’ll find throughout the programme that you’ll start to eliminate any previous pain and actually strengthen those areas!

What can I expect after the challenge?

After completing programme you’ll become a stronger version of yourself in every aspect of the word! You’ll look better, feel better and have bundles of energy right from when you wake up in the morning and throughout the whole day.

'Not your average gym'

As a bigger girl I’ve always found gyms to be intimidating places - especially when it comes to classes!

Those feelings of self doubt were quickly squashed when I joined Zenith - I found out that every body and fitness level is welcomed and if you can’t do a dreaded burpee - you’ll be set a task you can do! Don’t get me wrong, you’ll be pushed to be your best! The awesome trainers will make sure of it.

I was able to power walk around the building 6 months ago - fast forward to today, I can jog it. I could deadlift 45kg - fast forward to today, my current PR is 93kg! I am becoming a happier and stronger version of myself in this gym community and can’t wait to see what the future holds - Adrian, watch this space, I’ll be doing burpees before this year is out!

As a former rugby player, I am not new to gym work, but since I retired (again) from playing to focus on coaching, I had become increasingly aware of the strength and fitness I had lost.

I was looking for a welcoming gym to join where I would be able to be challenged but supported and Zenith definitely fits the bill.

The coaches are so encouraging, knowledgeable and helpful and all the pack members are incredibly welcoming and friendly.

I have never been a gym fan but it has quickly become part of my routine and I am already feeling the benefit.

Just over a year ago, I was a complete beginner. Taking that first step was the biggest milestone for me because I had never considered for one second that I would be lifting any equipment in a gym.

I didn't know the terminology, I didnt understand how anything worked. I had always had an impression of gyms as being mirrors & glamorous ladies in leotards.. not overweight 50 year old ladies who were maybe struggling a little bit not only with their own self image, but also just the fact of things changing in your body that you're struggling with.

My choice was to follow the advice that Zenith gave me, which was to start off in bite sized pieces.

Being able to come into an environment that was just about me, about improving myself physically but also mentally.

Behind the scenes the team at Zenith care. They really genuinely want to make this a good experience for you as a person. You never feel uncomfortable & I think that is worth so much.
