At the point I joined Zenith Fitness I hadn't so much as jogged after an ice cream van in around a year and a half! Gyms can sometimes (stupidly) feel like intimidating places for the well waistline-endowed, but only ever felt welcomed and encouraged at Zenith! For those willing to say a very up close and personal hello to the grass of the south inch, the outdoor classes are absolutely brilliant! Whether it's 20° and beautiful sunshine or you're doing leg drops looking up at the stars, you'll be working hard but loving it! Cannot recommend them enough! The unit itself has got a brilliantly flexible space and enough varied equipment that you'll easily find something that suits; if you're looking for classes, functional fitness, weights, frame work, rings, climbing etc they've got it! Top everything off with local owners who genuinely care about the place and their members, leading friendly staff who you will love and hate depending what minute of the class you're in, you'll not regret popping along to check it out!

I joined Zenith in December 2019. I had tried loads of other gyms in Perth but always just felt like a number and never really felt completely comfortable. Purely by chance I came across Zenith and a spur of the moment decision to pop in and speak to Gary has completely changed my whole outlook on fitness.
Right from the start all of the staff and members are so welcoming and not once have I ever felt uncomfortable being in the gym. Their range of classes gave me confidence to try different things and test myself. And you never feel like everyone is waiting for you to finish. Being part of the pack has massively helped my self confidence and it's great to share yours and other highs but have the support of others when your down. The gym has been a massive help to my mental health over lockdown with plenty of online classes and outdoor sessions when possible. Being at the gym has allowed me to meet Adrian one of the Coaches and I have started having PT sessions regularly which I also find incredibly helpful. Not once since I joined have I felt I couldn't be bothered to go. As you know you'll always feel better after. I'm now at a stage where I am noticing big improvements in my fitness and body strength. Through the support and coaching I have become more at ease with eating and my diet and how to eat well. There is still a long way to go but I have become a gym person now and I'm really happy with the direction I'm heading.

This is my fitness journey with Zenith. I first started PT with Gary, and a few weeks down the line he encouraged me to try out the classes. With very little confidence, I reluctantly booked Boxercise. I went in and had nothing to worry about!! The people were great to train with and the class was great fun and a brilliant workout too! Then from there it progressed really quickly. I've always had issues with my weight but for me, joining was more for the mental health side. I've had a few issues before, then in 2019, it hit hard, losing my mum very suddenly with no pre warning signs, also a few other family members and friends were lost, my mental health nosedived! The following year my marriage broke down and within weeks the divorce was finalised. Again that was another kick which knocked me back, so I powered back into training. I found solace in training, for that hour or so, I just had time to concentrate on me. It gave me that headspace with nothing but working out on my mind, it gave me a break from all the stress. It also helped me release emotionally, which I struggle to do normally. The hurt, anger, feelings of failure, loss, all of the different emotions, and the combination of it all took it's toll too often. I will always be grateful for the gym, I'm now the strongest I've been with doing a bit of out door training at Unit 5 & with COVID, I got myself a wee weight bench and mats and just worked out little by little in my own workshop when I needed the break. For anyone thinking the gym is just about becoming leaner, don't think that. I've used the gym as my sanctuary, I've gotten stronger physically and mentally, met loads of nice people so there's the social side too. I just can't wait until we can get back to normality and hopefully, anyone reading this, who may be struggling, can relate and find the push in them to come down and improve their lives, whether it's weight loss, strength or just to feel good, we all do it for our own reasons.
For me, I just love it!! And I'd 100000% recommend it to anybody!!!!!!

There's no long term commitments here, we give you full access to 30 days to experience what we have to offer and get results

  • What if I haven’t exercised in a very long time or have little experience?

With our personalised approach no matter what your fitness ability is we’ll cater the programme around your needs and preferences. You will have revamped your fitness, strength & overall energy levels and feel awesome!

  • What happens at the end of my 30 days test drive?

The choice is completely up to you. If you’d like to continue to progress your results, then we can steer you in the right direction towards the best possible option for you and continue. If you don’t think it’s the right fit for you, we can end the on friendly terms.

  • What if I’ve had past or current injuries?

It’s very common for us to work with individuals with various injuries and pains. We’ll work around your injuries and even work to eliminate those niggles so you can live pain-free.

We then won’t be taking on any new clients until our next intake. (Sometimes this can be up to 3 months!)

You see, unlike a commercial gym we don’t take on as many clients as we possibly can. This is so we can guarantee that every client that walks through our door gets the time, attention and most importantly the results they came for.
